9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the value of services availed by the User.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
